Shortly About Me

Manohar N Shinde provides driving training/coaching since 1988 and have over 25 years of experience in making a good drivers in any type of four wheeler car who do not have confidence in driving. For 20 years, he scourged the roads as a taxi driver and later he started coaching when there was a demand for Maruti cars in the market and people want to drive their own car to work or home.
Manohar Shinde (Topiwala) is also indulge in Social Activity in an effort to maintain the roads in a good condition, has filed several complaints to various officials including the chief minister, traffic department and other development agencies.

My Philosophy

I believe a good teacher, first, has a powerful faith in the future. The good teacher knows and understands students, how they develop and learn. I know that students actively construct and transform their own knowledge based on past experiences and prior learning. I know that students do not all learn in the same way or at the same rate. I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to be an effective diagnostician of students’ abilities, and prior practise. I must then plan learning experiences that will both challenge and allow every student to practice everyday. This is the only thing that describes me.

Therefore I will design my programme to accommodate this for each individual student. I will take time each day to reflect how my programme meets the needs of individual student. I believe that the teaching profession is one aspect of my life that allows me to reach my own intellectual and spiritual potential. Therefore I will continue to reflect upon and celebrate my own achievements. I will endeavour to reflect individually and with others, as this will enhance my thinking. Finally, I believe a teacher lives to serve. A teacher is dedicated to learning, to his or her discipline, to his or her students, and to making the future the best possible place for all of us to live. These are the challenges I accepted when I chose to be a teacher. I remain committed to them.
